The Black Rooster Bakery was founded in 2010 with the goal of bringing a premiere, scratch made bakery to Fort Worth. After 5 years of operation the Bakery has established itself as the premiere destination for breads, morning pastries, desserts and sandwiches. It is our goal at the bakery to provide premium baked goods and continue to advance and bring new great treats to the Fort Worth community.
Each weekday morning at 7:00AM, our counter is overflowing with classic and filled croissants, danishes, melt-in-your-mouth scones, a variety of tea breads and a few savory breakfast selections such as hand pies and frittata. If that isn’t enough each day features our best-in-town breads such as baguette, harvest grain, brioche and pan pugliese. Once you taste our bread at The Black Rooster Bakery you will immediately know it’s not just bread, but “as-good-as-it-gets” bread!.
Around 10:30AM we bring out our lunch counter which offers scrumptious sandwiches, savory soups and our dessert offerings. For dessert we offer cookies, macarons, galettes and pies.
